Contrary to popular belief, building a 1080P Gaming build is quite easy.If you are aiming for just "playable" FHD.Then you not need more than 430$.For 1080P 60 FPS in each title, it"s best to invest 700$ build, but if you are with dropping some settings, then this build is for you,60 FPS achievable even with 430$ build.
Best Budget CPU :
Intel Core I3-9100F
Price: 81$ (Link)
Cores/Threads:4/4 Base Clock:3.6Ghz Boost Clock:4.2Ghz L3Cache:6Mb TDP:65Watts Memory Support: Dual-DDR4-2400Mhz
No doubt, "Core I3-9100F" is the best Gaming CPU under a 100$ mark. With the TDP of 65Watts, it packs four cores running at an impressive 4.2Ghz. It includes 6Mb of L3 Cache and Dual channel DDr4 Ram (rated at 2400Mhz). It's Faster than the 6th and 7th Gen of CoreI7 processors.
Best Graphics Card For 1080P Gaming:
NIVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4GB
Price: 120$ (Link)
Memory:4Gb DDr5 Boost Clock:1665Mhz Cores:896 Mem.Clock:8Gbps Bus Width:128bit PSU:300Watts Connectors:NA Warranty:3 Years
It"s really hard to find Radeon RX 570 at a reasonable price at the moment. However, if you managed to find one under 130$ mark, JUST BUY IT, if not them just like the rest of us, you can use NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4Gb. Granted, it's slower than the 570, but it works great for 1080P Gaming and has an incredible TDP of 75Watts.
Best Motherboard For Budget Gaming:
ASUS Prime H310M
Price: 56$ (Link)
CPU: Intel 8Th and 9th Gen (mini ITX) Ram: 2 Ram Slots(DDr4),Supports upto 32GB@2666Mhz Storage:4 Sata 6Gb/s slots
The ASUS Prime H301M is one of the cheapest coffee lake compatible motherboard, but considering we are opting for i3 that can't be overclocked, it's quite viable. It comes with two DDr4 Ram DIMMS, one PCIe x16 lane, and four SATA slots. You won't be getting M.2 slots or RGB.
Best Ram For Budget Pc:
Adata XPG Gammix D30 8Gb DDr4
Price: 65$ (Link)
Intel's coffee lake chips aren't sensitive to memory, so we will be opting for an 8Gb 2666Ghz stick. It is regardless of using chips with higher frequencies because mobo doesn't support it. You can easily add a Second 8Gb DIMM later on four DUAL channel support, but for now, this enough.
Recommended PSU:
Apevia ATX AS450W 450W 230 V
Price: 29$ (Link)
Apevia ATX AS450W is just under 30$. It is a really compact and decent component. For a low-end build, there is no need to go for a bronze rated or modular PSU. It's just not worth it.
PC Case:
Antec Affordable Builder
Price: 38$ (Link)
In this budget, we have accepted that a fancy cabinet is out of range. Sure, you can upgrade later on, but at the moment, we have to forgo all that tempered glass panels and RGB lighting. The Antec Affordable just cost 38$ but still doesn't look like trash. Possibly the best low-end PC case.
Storage:
ADATA Ultimate SU630 240GB
Price: 38$ (Link)
It is better to go with a smaller SSD rather than go with a slower HDD. If you can afford it, it's best to go with a 240GB SSD and a 2TB HDD. But if you can't afford both, then the former is the priority.
