How to boost your immunity in a simple manner and how to deal with this tough time?

Hello everyone; today, we will talk about how you can boost your immunity in a few simple ways and keep yourself safe and healthy forever.As we know that the outbreak of the coronavirus has been going on in the whole world for more than 6 months. And to avoid that, we are using different types of tips, so boost our immunity. People consume decoction (kadha) in their homes from scorching spices like black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, basil, ginger, etc.

Is being consumed. But all these spices produce heat in the body due to which people have started complaining about mouth ulcers and stomach ulcers. Today, I will share some such small home remedies that will not cause any problem for you, and you will always be healthy. Like you know how fast the coronavirus is spreading if we go to take some goods and vegetables and fruits, we are afraid that some shopkeeper is not infected. So we should also consider some measures to keep you away from the coronavirus 

Lemon water

Drink 1 TSP of lemon water in lukewarm water twice a day, which will keep your stomach clean, and immunity will be right.

Amla (Indian gooseberry)

Amla is considered very effective in Ayurveda; it is beneficial in every problem related to the stomach and skin; you can also drink its juice. Take one amla every morning, boil it in water and then let it cool down, then grind it and sieve the water; if you want, you can eat amla without even grinding it.

Lukewarm water

After waking up in the morning, first of all, drink 1 glass of lukewarm water, which will keep your stomach clean, and all the body's dirt will be removed.

Kapalbhati pranayam

Kapalbhati Pranayama helps to boost your immune system as well as helps to keep your respiratory system safe. As shown in the picture below. You have to sit in that position, close your eyes, and put your hands on your knees. And take a deep breath and leave; you have to do this for 5 minutes.

Eating Healthy salads

Eat salads daily for dinner so that you can get whole vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Carrot, onion, radish, tomato, cauliflower, broccoli chop them all finely and give them a bowl: salt, pepper, and chaat masala in it. You can also add sprouts to it to make it healthier.

Tips to stay away from corona -:

- As soon as you come home from outside, then you will keep your hand clean and, if possible, take a bath so that whatever germ is inside you, everything is finished. 

- Sitting in the sun for 5 to 20 minutes a day.

- Stop eating outside for some time, and if you want to eat something like this, you can make something like this at home. 

- If you bring anything from the market, wash it well, or wipe it.

- If you or someone else has a cold or cold or is in poor health, you or whoever is having a fever, then you stay away from people for a few days.
