First thing Need time and patience, for example, I have a shop and recently I had open a shop now the time require to make customer regular I have to communicate with them in a very good way that they become my regular customer I need to be patience in the start it can happen that in the whole day you might have only one or two or three customer so I have to wait those customers are coming I have to communicate with them in very good way that they come again.

brevity is the most important thing in the business you don't need to be afraid of taking risks because after successful risk there is a success.
