      It is very important to keep fruits and vegetables in our food and drink to start healthy our body remains healthy and strong by eating it .to keep our health properly, our food should be included daily.

 

 

     Eat fruits and vegetables

        There is also water in the summer fruits and vegetables. among them are rich in vitamins and antioxidants, which are capable of increasing immunity and defending full.
