How playing games is actually good for you. (show this to your parents ;)

We all play games, sometimes for fun and sometimes to kill time. From The beginning of playing games, we all have heard that games damage eyes and that games are not good for health. well, that's also true somewhere. Negative effects of games happen when we get addicted to a game. Definitely, playing a game continuously for 4-5 or more hours damages our eyes and health. But playing games in limits is actually beneficial to the player. So, here are the top 5 benefits of playing games.

1. Increases memory power : So, first of all, games increase our memory power, or we can say our capability to remember something. It doesn't matter which category game you play, action, adventure, strategic, etc. Almost every game boosts our memory power. In simple language, without all brain parts bullshit, when we play a game, especially survival or steteregic, it trains us to remember something. The biggest example of this is Minecraft. where you are continously learning something or building something, ultimately it trains your brain to remember something, and in the end, your memory power increases.

2. Improves decision making : Games also boost our decision-making skills. wrong decisions lead us to the wrong places. We can decrease the number of our wrong decisions by playing games. Decision making is all we do in games. Our every step is our decision. The right decisions lead us to victory, where wrong decisions lead you to lose so many things. So, it trains your brain to take the right decision. So, ultimately  you get good decision-making skills.

3. Virtual skills affect real skills : You may already know that your skills in-game effect your skills in real life. I mean, if you are good at something in-game, you will be good at something in real life. So, definitely, it is a good thing for you except if you are good at losing. So, if you want to learn something in real life, you can start it with a game. If you want to learn driving, you can start with a card game or a racing game.

4. Improves vision : You have already heard that games damage your eyes, but it's completely the opposite of it. Games improve your eyes. comparing to a non-gamer, a gamer's eyes are better. A gamer's eyes are better at detecting objects and at response, then a non-gamer. So, it is easy for a gamer to find his socks from the so many things laying on his bed.  Also, a gamer's eyes respond better than a non-gamer. I mean, a gamer's eyes give information to the brain fast and take information faster than a non-gamer.

5. Real knowledge: This is a very important point, and I don't know why I'm placing it last. This point says that games give you a lot of knowledge that you can use in your real life. One of them is that games teach you that hard work definitely pays back, and we should keep trying. when a gamer loses the in-a game he definitely feels sad, but somewhere, he knows that he can win by trying again, and definitely he tries again and wins the game. Also games teach you teamwork, pateince etc. etc. etc.

If we think, our life is also like a game where your level increases with your age. And god sets the difficulty of our game, and he has set my difficulty on freaking ultra hard but don't worry if that is your's also, just keep trying.
