How can you control your anger?

Anger and aggression are natural human emotions that arise when it is hindered in achieving a goal or unable to do whatever it wants.

Usually, people do a lot of abuse on others in anger, causing problems for others and themselves. Psychologists have described many ways to control anger.

1:- The purpose of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was to prepare good people. He suggested that the solution to anger is that when someone gets angry, he should sit down if he is standing and lie down if he is sitting. In the same way, he performed ablution in a state of anger and ordered to cool it down.

2:- Many scholars have suggested that an angry person thinks about his status in the universe. Can he face the wrath of his Creator? In that case, he will feel inferior, and his anger will be controlled.

3: - If you have ever experienced severe anger and are unable to express your feelings, follow a psychologist's advice to keep a diary of any thoughts that come to your mind in anger. Let me start writing; doing so makes you feel good about your heart.

4: - If you get outraged, the best solution to reduce it is to exercise or run fast. Exercising also controls a person's emotions while it also helps you to increase your inner growth. Can take out

5: -Exercise also makes your mind retreat from the thought that makes you angry when you think about it again and again. If you can't go out for a run, you can have some peace of mind in your own home. Do yoga while sitting in the same place as doing so also reduces anger.

6- Being angry causes a lot of negative thoughts to come into your mind; for this, you should practice taking long breaths and, at the same time, think against negative thoughts and bring positive thoughts to your mind. This time or moment will pass.

Doing so can get you out of a state of anger and can be very helpful.

All these suggestions are for the time when the person is in a state of anger. If a person does not want to get angry at all, the way to do that is to lower others' expectations to a minimum. Anger is caused by a person's high expectations of others, and when they are not met, regret and anger ensue. The lower the expectations, the less regret, and anger there will be.

The human brain is made up of many chemicals. When there is a deficiency in these chemicals, a person gets angry over something, which sometimes becomes very intense. Like other physical ailments, it is a disease. In this case, a specialist psychiatrist should be consulted immediately. In our country, people are usually afraid to go to psychiatrists because, in that case, they are in danger of being considered insane. This is wrong thinking. The deficiency of chemicals is a normal thing that can happen to any human being. Just as we treat the common cold, there is nothing wrong with treating the brain.
