 (1) Gomukhasana: -

 (2) Tadasana: -

Standing on the paws with both hands up, then lock the fingers of the hands and fold the hands upwards.Keep the palms facing the sky and keep the neck straight.

Normal state Come in. Can be done 5-10 times in the beginning, regularization gives benefit in strengthening legs, paws, calves, stomach, chest, piles.

It is beneficial in increasing children's physical development and length.

 

 Caution: - Pregnant woman who has pain in her knees should not. High blood pressure patients should also not do this.

 

 (3) Ustrasana: -

After sitting in the position of Vajrasana, stand above the knees and place the palms on the soles of the feet.

Leave the neck loose and raise the stomach towards the sky.

Stay in this state for about 5 to 10 seconds and return to normal. Can repeat this process 5 times in a row.

There are benefits in diseases related to stomach, acidity, constipation, indigestion, knee, blender, kidney, small intestine liver, lungs, breath, calves, feet, shoulder.

 

 Caution: - Do not use this asana in patients with heart disease, loss.

 

 (4) Bhujangasana: -

After lying on the stomach, keep the palms under the arms, turning the hands with elbows. Lift the head while pressing on the palms.

Perform this asana three to four times. Abdominal fat decreases, lungs and reed bone become stronger.

The back is flexible, provides relief in constipation, digestion, asthma, chronic cough.

 

 Caution: - If you have high BP, neck pain, muscle strain, do not do this yoga practice.

 

Exercising regularly keeps the mind and body healthy. There is no tension of any kind.

So we need to exercise regularly.And if the body remains healthy then everything is good.

1. Also do weight lifting according to capacity.

2. Keep cardio workouts in minutes rather than seconds.

3. Walked brisk jogging instead of walking.
