Healthy diet lekar weight ko kare kam and paaye glowing skin

Friends main aap sabhi ko btana chahti hun agar aap apne weight ko kam karna chahte ho ya figure ko acha bnana chahte ho to easily aisa kar skte ho, food ko skip kare bina aap khud to ek achi shape de skte ho, step by step main apko btati hun apko kya karna hain

1) sabse pehle subah uthkar apko garam pani main 2 drops nimbo ki daalkar pani pina hain.

2) breakfast main apko 3-4 eggs ka aamlet khana hain, ya phir chole, multi grain bread,besan ka chila kha sakte hain

3) 12-1 ke beech apko salat ya fruits khane hain jitni salat 5 log khayege utni apko akele khani hain

4) lunch main chane ki roti khani hain and apko sirf brown rice khane hain.

5) 4-5 ke beech apko chane ya boil egg khane hain.

6) 7:30 tk apko sprouds, daal, tofu paneer inme se kuch bhi kha sakte hain but roti apko nhi khani and after 7:30 apko kuch nhi khana 

7) 9 baje ek milk ka glass apko leta hain

 

Is diet ko follow krke aap apne weight ko 1 month main 9-10 kg kam kar sakte hain and glowing skin paa sakte hain.

Friends aap ye soch rahe hoge itna khana khane se kahi weight gain to nhi ho jaayega but high protein lene se weight kam hota hain and mera pehle weight 75 kg tha and ab 52 hain and is diet se face pr glow bhi aata hain
