A Healthy lifestyle leads to  healthy life. A balanced diet is important for your healthy body. Your body needs exercise as for mind and body for be fit.

Importance of good health:

1) Your diet which implies good nutrition is vital role to your healthy lifestyle include to your body and diet also can effective for maintaining your body weight, less your diseases of day to day and also from major diseases like (heart disease & cancer). Sound sleep is also very effective for your health. A person need well balanced diet with well balanced shedule of whole day and regularly follow your plan. really its works.

a) Habit : A good habit lead to healthy & peaceful life. you read as in childhood "Early to bed and early to rise, a man healthy , wealthy & wise. its best mantra for success and leading healthy life. Most of the celebrities & great persons follow healthy balanced diet, gym work out regularly like Akshay Kumar is the fittest man of film industry till date and Shilpa Shetty on same route on focussed o healthy food and exercise.

b) Diet: A well balanced diet means which is full of nutritional values, minerals, calcium,proteins, omega 3. Vit A, Vit B, Vit C , Vit D, Vit E. To be healthy you have to eat salad, fruits like apple, pomegranate, banana, chicken, Fish, sprouts, Dates, coconut water. All these things beneficial for mind and body. Don't skip meals specially breakfast, Don't make too much hungry or don't eat too much all the time. Take short meals in between hours.( 2 to 4 , or 8 as you feel hungry.

2) Exercise: Its great necessity of today's world because we have less walking & moving. We mostly sit at work or home if we go anywhere then we go with vehicles. So its very important to exercise and charged up your body. Its not necessary that always hard exercises. You will do light exercises like brisk walk, cycling, playing, badminton, running, jumping but regularly at your favouraite time morning or evening as you want.

3) Stay Hyderated: Its also very much role of water in our lives because its a natural source to our bodies. To be hyderated more to your capacity . Its so simple to drink fluids, juices or plain water. we losing water in the form of urine so we keep drinking more water, its help in digestion, dryness also it carries important functions like flushing bacteria out of your bladder, digestion, carrying nutrients & also oxygen to the cell, preventing from constipation and maintaining the electrotype (Sodium ) balance, Bangalore based Nutitionist Dr. Anju Sood tell us, " I recommend that a person should consume atleast 2 and a half litres of water a day. To replenish the loss of water, this is very important.

4) Protect your skin: Sun Exposure is related to skin cancer. Limit your time in the sun. To be sure you have to wear protective clothing and hats. When you are going outside. use strong spf from sun. Apply sunscreen before 15 minutes going outside. You also choose that broad-spectrum sunscreen that blocks both UVA and UVB rays and SPF should be 15, 20, 30.

6) Learn How to manage Stress: Stress is part of our lives. So you have to deal with it. Don't follow those who always hurt you, Don't poke in other's business. Always find the source of your stress and then deal it maturity.

7) Always Enjoy Present: Don't live in past and Don't overthink about your future. if you focus to your present your coming future also bright and your health always be good.

8) Sound Sleep: Get enough of your sound sleep. its effects on your mind and body. Lack of sleep affects your mental as well physical health and lead to psychological , emotional problem. You need well planned day routine and go to bed at a right time and try to sleep 8 hours in a day. It's give you more energy and glow and achievements the next morning.

9) Be Social and make healthy relationships: Don't waste time on useless relationship for your health . You gone through stress and anxiety. its lead to other problems. Don't work on those relationships. Live in those relationship who makes you happy and contended in long lasting relationship if not rather in bad comany stay single.

10) Be Humorous : Person should be humorous . people loves funny and humorous persons they don't like sad faces. make others happy to give smile. you should be happy by blessing from God.

 

11) Help Needy: Always help needy. give some money, clothes anything you don't use give it to needy person or in charity.Your heart feel enlighten and relief .
