For better health care we have to follow setain rules and regulations as follows in our daily routine and  have to care about health professional 

For better health we have to follow four things 1 drink 4 to 5 ltrs of water daily it  keeps our body in maintain position and glow our skin and maintain water level in our body 

2.Green leafy vegetables it contain much more protein and carbohydrates  and for better maintainences of the body and keeps you fit all the time it give refreshment to our body 

3 Proper diet is the most important role in the body it provides proteins and minerals in proper way it keeps u in motion and  keeps you active diet reduce oil food and junk food like pizza and burger  ,sandwich , cool drinks , chips , chocolate etc.

4. work out can give your body perfect size and shape and proper diet plan for daily routine in life work out is very important in life after sertain time period and  

If u dont  follow proper diet plan u will face problems in sertain age of 40 or after 50 it can attack u physically aur mentally  and can make u in problem 

We have to follow proper Diet plans of our daily routine life. We have to play games with small children and spend a lot of time in doing exercise and keep our body fit and fine

We have to care about our health and wealth management. we have to avoid waste things  from everyone and be a good human being in the world 

Health is everything in life and we have to protect it by our self  it the greatest gift of God we have to be thank full to God so we have to keep our health fit and fine and should follow proper diet plans
