Today man has become very busy in his personal life. He uses his life as a machine. Half of life has been absorbed in accessories like his mobile and laptop. He stays on the mobile all day. Because of which he is not able to take care of his health properly. Today, the entire world is spread in the web of internet, which is destroying the health of the human from inside. If a person gets involved in all these devices, when will he pay attention to his health.

Almost everyone has a mobile in their hands. I have a friend who keeps playing mobile games all day, which is his biggest problem.

If this is our condition then we will never make our life healthy. Earlier people lived for 100 years. Because they lived their routines well.They used to get up early in the morning in Brahma Muhurta.He kept himself fit by doing yoga and exercising in Brahmamuhurt.But the people of today do not have enough time to wake up in that Brahma-muhurt.

 

Today's busy life is being eaten inside the human being.If you want to save your health, then you should do yoga and exercise that will keep you fit.

 

I do not say stay away from mobile laptops.Run mobile but within a limit.Because the waves coming out of them spoil our brain.

Good health gives good idea.In today's race, man is unable to take care of his health.

Not exercising causes many diseases inside us today.Diseases such as obesity headache migraine.

The "first happinessless body" proverb may be outdated, but even today, health remains the first need.

What is good health Whether a person who is not ill will be called a healthy person.There may not be an opinion about the concept and meaning of health. But the importance of health cannot be denied. Often we define health in a negative sense. We believe that only those who are mentally and physically fit consider health. But it is not so. In the true sense, health means and the activity of a person. A person who is constantly engaged in some action with his mind, will be called a healthy person.

To live a happy life one needs to be healthy. When healthy, we can use our abilities more and more physically, mentally and socially. We can lead a happy life by staying healthy.

 

Being healthy is the main symptom of our health. Only a healthy person can build a healthy and strong nation. In our country more emphasis is being laid on health reform.

 

Generally, a healthy person means a person whose body is healthy, mind and brain is healthy, family is healthy and lives in a healthy environment.

 

It is very important for a person to be healthy in order to perform any task efficiently. Only a healthy and healthy person has the ability to complete any task efficiently. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of life, the entire stage in which special emphasis is needed on efficiency, physical energy, mental satisfaction and happiness.
