Good Health - the need of the hour

I am going to be real at this point. We are all like you know what I am staying in this shirt for the next seven days. So who is that dumb human trying to stretch? Like we are almost in the vacation vibe already. But you all we need to understand that just staring in that phone while someone else is working out is only going to kill time, that isn't burning your calories. 

 

                                      

So, let me give you all some reasons to exercise & give your self some good stretch:

let me first make it clear that I am not a health professional-just pointing out some general stuff that we are overlooking.

1) let your eyes relax!!

I am writing this down on my laptop straining my eyes, but if you've been doing the same for hours by literally doing nothing else at all. 

Excuse me !! please let your eyes rest. Please see you are overstraining them.

2) Staying sane!!

Binge-watching Netflix, great!! But the amount of junk food that's going in your tummy along with series you're trying ultimately. I know you lost track of the threat you're causing to yourself.

Binge eating brings in the next reason to stay healthy eat healthy & exercise.

3) IMMUNITY!!

Why on earth do you think we are being forced to quarantine its because there is a deadly virus lurking in our surroundings, this virus is not a joke it just gets into you and yea its all now on your immune system to fight and defeat it so is it not a necessity that we eat good healthy green leafy vegetables take a nutritious, balanced diet and of course exercise to maintain good health overall.

4)The time you have it all!!

Now you have the time something we all have been running out of these days.

This is the perfect time to look at yourself. I mean, come on who doesn't wanna stay healthy look amazing when it comes to their bodies. 

Now here I am not encouraging you to walk out of your house and start running miles, NO!! not at all stay home.

Just find some fantastic workout tutorial, do it at home, and for those who don't like exercising, I am pretty sure you will love Zuma, applying while you are enjoying yourself. Another great tip would be maybe to get your hands on some daily house chores. You can even try yoga, something which not only helps you calm down,  it helps in maintaining physical as well as mental health, which is again crucial.

I  hope this article motivates you to get up from that comfy situation & get you stretching.

I have no magical solution to get you to exercise, and if you are looking for one, Excuse me, such a thing doesn't exist.

We can all get over this.  We need to keep things moving to get over that procrastination. we are all in this together & we will get through it together.
