To hide the smell of tabacoo many chemicals are used in it which causes cancer and cronic desease . Every year because of smoking cigarettes 480,000 persons die every year . It on average of 1300 deaths every single day . Approximately 4.9 Million teenagers smokes regualrly but people are paying attention to it and its declining and it should. It also harm our heart as a person who smokes regularly will have a heart desease or a heart attack . Nicotene stops new blood
crells to form and kills old nerve cells .

The dizziness you are expirences during the smoking is the effect it is having on the brain . When you stop smoking nicotine is no longer triggerd into the blood there is less carbon monoxide in blood and have more oxygen.

Vaping is also a better option to leave smoking ? it will not give that kick which nicotine in cigarettes give but it will divert our mindset to leave smoking .
