Most people think if they want to stay fit they should strict their diet and stay hungry.This thinking is very obtuse.Eventually you will lose weight but become weak.
On the other hand
With the emergence and advancement of technology people have enhanced and excelled in their fields but on the same time more and more people have become lazy by using social media all the time.Most of the generation after eating their dinner/food do not make any movements instead sit back down and watch TV or use smartphones.This routine is very dangerous for health.Now the golden words:
"When we eat food it depends on us wether the food we took ,we want to store it as fat in our stomach or convert it into energy and transform it to our muscles"
Just remember this, every person should make it a habit to take steps and excercise a bit.It is very important to digest the food that you took, for this if you are lazy and dont want to go outside use the stairs for walk or slowly start sit up .Do any simple excercise or walk for next 5-10 min.Gradually increase time limit.By this routine not only you stay fit but also strong and most important you won't gain weight.
Lastly remember one thing eat only when you are hungry and when eating stop when your hunger is finished not when your bread is finished.
