High blood pressure is constantly discussed.  Although high blood pressure and low blood pressure are both dangerous to health, people do not take low blood pressure very seriously.  Ignore it. However, low blood flow can be harmful.

          Therefore, check your blood pressure regularly after reaching your chest and if there is a problem, consult your doctor on time.  To avoid low blood pressure problems, you should include regular greens, fruits, dark-colored foods, black grapes, date palms, potato fever, dry fruits, cereals and garlic diets.  It is rich in protein, vitamins and fiber. This can help keep blood pressure under control, as well as drink plenty of water.
