Does Being Fit Is All About Going Gym?

Absolutely no, being fit does not mean that you have to be an bodybuilder. A fit person is  not onlythe man with big biceps, six packabs, vascular forearms, sharp jawline, muscular legs and a v-shape back but also the person who is both spiritually and physically healthy and has no problems with his outer(physical) and inner(spiritual) fitness.

In today’s world if you’ll prefer anyone to exercise to control their obesity or unhealthiness, they’ll give you an single excuse that they do not have time to go to the gym, so you have to tell them that they can do it in their own respective houses and it is not any rocket science, it is as easy as you can think, which i am explaining in the next paragraph.

Being physically fit will surely benefit your spiritual fitness for long term and believe me you don’t need anything except your mental presence and the will to achieve your goals . Just some push ups, jumps, planks, walking or any exercise which give your muscle some job to do and that’s all for the day…Believe me or not these practices will add up days to your life ,which you will experience are much valuable.

One exercise for your spiritual fitness which I’ll prefer you is meditation, It will change your life, meditation reduces the inflammation response caused by stress and yes it will offer you an better life. Furthermore,Meditation has different types and stages and each one takes you up to a different level of spirituality. .Being healthy and fit is an lifestyle which we all should takeover for an better physique. I will end my blog with an quote : “Use the 21/90 rule: It takes 21 days to create a habit. It takes 90 days to create a lifestyle.”

Don’t forget to give your feedback…your ideas are appreciated
