     d)    Design and Implement The Solution.

    Documantation Standards:  It should be ongoing Activitiesduring the System Developmentlife Cycle.

     Quality Standards : Cheks Should be Established at every phase for Ensuring that the outputof Every                                             Phase meets the Business  Technology Expectations.

     Automated Tools Standards: Hardware And Software Platform Should be Finalized for the Development

                                                    of Information System. Automated tools Standards Prescribe Technlogy                                                          that Will used To Develop And maintain information  Systemsand to ensure                                                      Consistancy, Completeness and Quality.

5. Developmet Of the Information System Should be Considered as Capital Investment: The Developers of an Information System should think about  Several Solution of the a perticular Problem and Every Solution Shuold be Evaluated For Cost-effectiveness and risk Management.
