New Zealand will be relieved to get over the line after that brief period of scarce where they lost 5-0 in the t20 series. Santner's six and four eased the pressure off of them as new Zealand crossed the line with 11 balls to spare. 

Ross Taylor led New Zealand beautifully with a spectacular century, unbeaten on 109 off 84 balls,to keep them in the chase. He along with skipper Latham,shared a 138 run stand offjust 79 balls to alter the course of the game. Latham departed for 69, but Taylor saw them through in the end.

Earlier in the 1st innings sheras Iyer got his maiden ODI ton and with Kohli and Rahul helped India pile on the runs. Rahul played brilliantly for his unbeaten 88,but it wasn't enough as a Taylor special stole the show.

It was a debut match for the both openers prithvi Shaw and mayank Agarwal. Even though they scored only 20,30 they eased the pressure on middle order batsman with their good partnership in the first 10 overs.

It's very important for the captain and team management to back these young players as they are the future of Indian cricket team.

Yesterday was the big day for Indian cricket fans as their U19 team entered the world cup finals by beating Pakistan.

Yashasvi Jaiswal's unbeaten century,following a disciplined bowling show , propelled India into their successive Under 19 world cup final with athumping 10-wkt win over arch-rivals Pakistan. After restricting Pakistan to just 172 , Indian openers jaiswal and divyansh saxena combined to polish off the target all by themselves in less than 36 overs, registering their fourth successive win over Pakistan in U19 world cups.
