Basil can be consumed not only when the body is unhealthy, but also under normal circumstances or it is much better we use regular basic to enhance our immunity. Of course, as we worship or not its good to plant basil in any area like monastery so that it can make the home environment better.
Consuming one or two leaves of basil regularly increases our ability to fight with disease. When we have fever or suffering from cold , the basil leaves should be mixed with some pieces of ginger and boil then drink instead of drinking tea.We can use basil while we cook any kind of food regularly at home , hotel , restaurant and anywhere and we can use basil as garnish in any salad and food dishes we prepare.
