Be Healthy Stay Healthy

Health and wellness have become very important nowadays. All are trying to be fit joining the gym, doing yoga and other things but no one is focusing what you eat is what you get. 

 

     If you want to stay healthy first you have to eat healthy stuff and ignore the unhealthy things. I know it's difficult for a foodie person to stay away from junk food but you have to put little effort you can eat the things you want to eat but it should be in limit and once in a while you can eat your favorite food for your happiness. But on other days you should eat healthy food like oats, ragi, curd, milk, leafy vegetable, beetroot, fruits, chappati, rice, etc. Breakfast is very necessary for our body. Never skip breakfast.

   

     After focusing on healthy food you should have a healthy lifestyle as well. Go for a daily walk. Walking is the best exercise not only it improves your health but your brain also work faster. If you are young want to increase your strength you can do push ups, pull ups, chin ups etc. for beginner just have do 1 pushup, pull up or chin up daily then increase the number of exercise.  The most important healthy lifestyle is to drink lots and lots of water. And when you wake up early in the morning drink atleast 1 glass of lukewarm water daily it can control your belly fat and It can also improve digestion, relieve congestion, and even make you feel more relaxed

     Now, the healthy drinks for maintaining your health is lemon tea, honey tea, green tea etc. As we all know sugar is not good for health at all you can replace it with jaggery or honey. If you want to have sugar take it in limit. Oil is also not good for health excessive consumption of oil can cause heart attack.
