Basic Rights of Labourer

Islam allow the people who use physically or mentally his energy for his daily needs. It not only allow but appreciated and Mark him respected people's. 

Our socity is based on struggling, where we can't get the goals of our daily life with out hard working and efforts.  

The basic part of our society is the Labourer.Where there are some basic Rights of Labourer. 

According to Islam...

1- sallery shall complete his daily needs.

2-  Residences be given to him near the workplace. 

3- Basic health facilities may be provided. 

4- Pension may be given after completion of his service age through which he can get his daily needs. 

5- Entertainment sources may be provided to his family/ children's. 

6- When he got injured or I'll, extra money may be given to him for basic needs in his sickness period. 

7- health facilities also be provided to his family. (Father, Mother, Wife, Children's etc).

8- The company shall provide the product to him on Company rates. 

9- right of union should be given to him. 

10- behavior with him shall not be rude, the boss will give him respect. 

11- His sellary may be awarded on time After completion of his work/target. 

The labourer needs to....

work hard and complete the work in given time.

Do not leave incompletely the given target while it cannot be completed in one day, the work may be completed next day. 

Do not get leave or leave the work place without permission of the high ups. 

Not to be the part of anty Government or Company activities.

To follow the rules and regulations made by the company and which will be also in his favour. 

To sign an agreement with the organization in which all the rules and regulations of the company shall be smooth and in favour of both the employee and Company.
