If you read on a digital screen, switching switch off the blue light of the display an hour or so before bedtime. In a peaceful, relaxed place, sit, or lie down. Reading before your bed is soothing, and prepares your body and mind for a restful night's sleep. If you are going to have visitors or friends at home, please ask them to keep noise to a minimum.
