ARE YOU FEELING STRESSED?

If you are very busy with daily work and don't make time to fresh yourself and don't enjoy your life! You are doing absolutely a hug badness with your own body and health! Please spend at least 30Minutes to fresh yourself. Tips down below follow these if you don't have much time

  1. 1: NEVER RUSH YOURSELF FOR ANYTHING:

I have noticed that most of people stress themself for even very small things. This is the most dangerous case which makes a healthy man to a patient! How? 

Because when you stress yourself for simple things it causes your mind to stock and causes high blood pressure, which is most dangerous for Even a healthy man! High blood pressure makes you hardcore and you will never feel good with anyone with you.   How to get rid of it? if there is anything that is disturbing you! The first thing to relax your mind. How? If you are working! Then sit down and relax your body!  breath deeply and drink water. Doing this will make you feel better. And you will be able to make yourself stress-free. Water is the best food for the mind.

2:Walking: Wake up early in the morning and go for a walk daily before you leave to work. walk-in increases your focus ability. When you awake in the morning wash your hands and face, go outside in fresh air walk at least 10 minutes.

3: Visualize: Whenever you are stressed release your body to relax and close your eyes and think about happy moments you spent with your family and friends and other people. 

4: Play games and watch funny videos: pick up your phone and play games or watch funny videos and laugh for a few seconds will make you completely stress-free.

5: Take tea: Green tea is a natural cure for releasing stress, take a cup of tea and be relaxed enjoy your day.
