Medicines are helpful but should be used as the last resort only i.e., after all, other methods have failed. Natural solutions i.e., a well-balanced diet, exercises, etc. It can be tried alone or along with anxiety treatment medicines. Regularly remind yourself that you are not in danger at all.

Practice deep breathing.

Try to remember the leading cause of anxiety keep on repeating it till your feelings come under your full control.

Adopt some hobby that may make your way from your anxiety.

Sports performances related anxiety is that which concerns us the most here. It is established that physical arousal always accompanies stress.

Physical education teachers and coaches make repeated and continuous efforts to reach the optimum level of arousal to draw out the best of the performances from a sportsperson. Arousal levels that stand far shirt of or far above f the optimum level may work negatively so far as the best performance of a sportsman is concerned.

A very high level of arousal may deteriorate hod coordination, cause a lack of flexibility also lack inaccuracy. It is, therefore, .pertinent to find out the appropriate level of his physical arousal i.e., optimum arousal level for a specific activity. Here coaches and physical education teachers can play an important role. They may help sportsperson to find out there physical level of arousal. Various techniques they may effectively use are pep talks, use of motivational slogans, relaxation training, and professional psychologists services. To attain the required level of anxiety below mentioned ideas may also be tried:

1. Anxiety level will undoubtedly be high in the case of those sportspersons who feel a fear of failure threatening them. The role of physical education teachers and coaches in such cases is to change such assessments of the sportsperson or at least must try reducing them for the purpose. Success should be defined in individual terms, and winning should be kept in perspective.

2.when about to face competition, sports persons who are suffering from trait anxiety at a high level develop a tendency also to experience a high level of state anxiety. Coaches and teachers, therefore, should be fully aware of sports trait anxiety along with their level so that they may assess their likely behaviors when faced with competition or competitive situations. This may come to the handy use of the coaches in making suitable adjustments in the optimum level of arousal by also adjusting their level of anxiety.

Remember, nothing is permanent in this world, even you, so as your problems.

Take a moment for yourself to do something you like to do in your childhood when you are innocent, had no problems.

Draw that painting you want to complete in your childhood.

Practice some of your favorite dance steps.

Play some old music of your time that you have not listened from a long period.

Play with a kid

Try to talk with a child 

Watch that old fashioned tv serial that you were used to watching in your early.

Watch your favorite cartoon series.

Talk to someone (if you have )

 

Try to write it all out in a paper; you will feel good

Get up dress up the way you like I repeat the way you like

Go for a walk alone 

Sit on the side of the street alone

Play music and dance like you won what you want 

Anxiety is nothing friends but a condition of mind 

When we are trying to do something, but we are not able to do it, it creates tension.
