Hira had received a severe head and spinal injury due to an accident. The nurse made Hira's sister to come and talk to her sister, thinking that the voice of the near and dear one might activate her nearly dead neurons and brain.

The nurse did not agree with the doctor's point of view that Hira is a hopeless case and would never walk again in her life. She thought it unwise to leave the patient unattended without giving her a chance to recover properly.

The nurse asked this question to herself because she had endangered her career by taking the permission of attending a patient who was declared a hopeless case by senior and qualified doctors. She thought if the patient could not walk on her feet it would not be worthwhile to oppose the doctors.
