About MS EXECL

Today, I am discussing about MS EXCEL. 

Many people want to work on EXCEL but they don't do this. They try but not get much success. Many people know about it but they do not know the basic things in it. So, you will read the basic introduction of MS EXECL in this Article. 

Whem you open the MS EXECL a simple layout will be there. That is the actual layout. You will see the boxes and some options, some icons on the screen. 

The most first bar on which the name os the file is shown. That is Title Bar. Next to title Bar you will see some names like, File, Insert etc. This Bar is Menu Bar. 

Next to menu bar, you will see some icons. That are basically here for some shortcuts. You will click on it and do your work immediately. 

The boxes you will see on the screen they are known as Cells. Each cell have a adress. For example, the first most cell have the adress A1, because the left side is showing numbers and the top side is showing Alphabets. When we take them together then its adress is developed. So we will write our data in each cell.

Mostly MS EXECL is used for calculations and for Graphs. Now a days it is uesd in many companies and many departments of daily life. You can do many tasks such as, Addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, averages medians etc. For calculations you must know about only Commands. The basic thing that is used in this is Commands. If you know about commands then you will work better. There is no difficulty for you to perform working in MS EXECL. There also many other operation you can perform in excel without command. I will discuss the commands in my next article
