In today's world health is a very important concept for humans which cannot be overlooked.About 95% of world's population is having health issue and most number of unhealthy people comes from South Africa, and it is ranked no. one for unhealthiest country by the World Health Organization (WHO).

There are several causes for poor health in which food is at number one. In older era people used to eat healthy food like freah vegetables, fruits, milk, good fats and baked food. But now everyone from a child to an adult is a junkfood addict. From fresh food and balanced died people moved to oily food and canned food and excessive consume of oil is very bad for heart and is main reason for fatness. Another cause is pollution. Living in an environment with dirty air and water makes our immune system weaker. The food crops grown on polluted land are loosing their nutrients and make harmful acids in our body. Moreover giving no effort or exercise is also a doer. Hoi polloi in old times used to exercise daily and work on their on by hands. They were able to walk miles without any problem but now only a few people go for exercise. As well as every work is done by machines so the bodies are just to sit and observe work.

As for these reasons, there are many solutions to improve our health and the most important one is balanced diet. Having proper nutrients in our food make our body and immune system strong which will lead to fight harmful viruses effecting and makes us sick. And having just 10 minutes of simple exercise daily is a jackpot for humanity, having regular exersise make us fit and able to stop being sick. As well as a proper sleep is very important for being healthy everyday 8 hours of sleep is necessary.

In simple words proper diet, regular exercise and good sleep are the keys for healthy mind and body.
