7 steps to transforming yourself From who you are to who you want to be

Humans are not meant to stop growing. Infact no one  born on earth is  meant to Stop growing. We all are alive to move ahead and to become something.

Progress is all about reinvention. There is a difference seeking an achievement usually implies an "END" you win the trophy and then you're "DONE".

That's not what you want to aim for because as you can say you're "DONE" you are no longer reaching and stretching yourself, which means stop growing.

Whenever you find yourself you want to change something in yourself we have to change, you want to look as a way you want to be.

Here are some steps that you can follow to make improvements in yourself:

 

1. SEE YOURSELF AND OUTSIDE YOUSELF

Imagine yourself as a sculpture. A sculpture look at his or her piece of stone and endlessly question new way to shape it and if he want to change there is no emotional attachment. They  just do it. No need to get upset, or come down hard on yourself when you see something you do not like. Instead you should go for it. 

 

2.HABIT YOU WANT CHANGE IN YOURSELF

Some people were having bad habbits they want to change instead of the habits that formed the things in the first place. For example: They try to save Being overweight with doing alot of exercise . Without acknowledging that problem is their poor diet.

 

3.PRACTICE EVERYDAY NO MATTER WHAT

Change is not something you do some days and take a break for others days change is like a shift in lifestyle. It require daily dedication to the point where that new habbit takes the place of an old one and no longer require concious efforts.

 

4. CONSTANTLY LOOK INTO THE MIRROR

Things get dangerous when you refuse to stop and really looked to yourself when you avoid self reflection. There is a time and place for "GO" mode and then there is a time and place for reflection mode. Both are necessary. And you will quickly find that unless you take the time for yourself, you will fall off track and not know how you got there.

 

5.MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FRIENDS WHO YOU CAN TALK TO:

Sharing something to your friends is important as with self improvement.i if you communicate with others and you get feedback from them that how you was doing then that's great. We all need some cheerleader in our life to keep us going in hard times but you also need to have those people who will tell you how it is even when you would prefer not to hear it. So ensure you have a decent encouraging group of people around you particularly those individuals whose assessment are regard to you. 

 

6.GO AND FIND YOUR HAPPY PLACE

Here I m saying the "place" as in Popping to your nearby bar and eatery glutting yourself as your #1 beverage and food. I am stating that to discover what you love to do,what satisfies you go there.  Find that place where you discover harmony where you free yourself and feel placated. Reflection is an extraordinary method to discover. Your cheerful spot it takes back to you and guarantee that you are continually living right now

 

7. YOU HAVE TO TAKE RISK

You won't ever turn into the individual you need to be by proceeding to be individual you at present are. Development just solicitation is that you venture out of your usual range of familiarity. That is it. Furthermore, except if you will to face that challenge, to bring that awkward jump into the obscure, you will perpetually remain precisely where you need to be.
