7 famous TOMs of the World!

Tom. In these three words, there lies a sweet melody. Tom isn't any English word.its from Greece, which means "twins"! Actually, Tom is the short form of Tomas. This writing is about some famous Tomas or Tom.

Let's get started with Tom of Mark Twain. His world-famous book of 1876 "The Adventure of Tom Sawyer." The leading character of the book is Tomas, Tom Sawyer. Tom Sawyer, an orphan boy, lives with his aunt and stepbrother Sid, in the fancy town of St. Petersburg on Mississippi coast. However, he doesn't sit quilty at all. Buggerall in studies, Tom spends his days in various mischievous tricks. He played various kinds of games with his best friend, Jo Harper and Huckleberry Finn. One day he thought to be a pirate! Mark Twain also created another named Tom Canty. This character, with his poor family lives at Oval Court near Pudding lane in London. By the flow of the story, poor Tom met with the Prince of Wales and discovered that both of their faces were almost the same! By playing, they interchanged their dresses, and Tom became the Prince of Wales, and the Prince became poor Tom. Then the story gets a great tragedy.
