So exercise is the key to improve the immune system.                   

Get enough sleep

It is another way to increase the immune system. Our body is like a computer. It needs some moment to rest for a purpose that it might not become overheated. Sleep decreases the stress of hormones. Sleep at least 8 hours to have a good immune system.6 hours sleep is not enough to spend day actively. Sleep gives every part of our body rest. After sleeping for 8 hours we feel more comfortable. Hence, sleep is another way to increase our immune system.

Watch your diet

Eight percent of the immune system is in the gut, so when it is healthy we can fight against infections and diseases faster. when it is not completely healthy then our body is not completely ready to fight against infections. Things like fatty fish, nuts, and olive oil are good to improve the immune system. Because these things contain nutrients and vitamin c.It is also important to eat in a limit. Avoid fried food. So having good dirt is also an important way to improve the immune system.

There is a direct link between your immune system and your mental health. When you are under stress or anxiety your body produces stress hormones that suppress your immune system. different researches show that people who take stress have a less strong immune system. In our daily life, we are generally worried about none. In order to improve our immune system, we have to stop worrying much about things.we have to keep ourselves in peace and in calm.in this way, we can live our life more comfortably.
