Physical illness can cause depression.

6. Side effects of any major disease:

Many times person can suffer from depression even if he is suffering from a major disease.

1. Negative attitude:

Sadness, hopelessness, and frustration will surround you. Negative attitudes will continue to appear in everything.

2. Reluctance to work:

You will gradually begin to lose interest in your hobbies. You will not be encouraged in any work. Lying down all day will seem to be the easiest thing to do and everything else will seem to be a burden. Once you get depressed, you will find no interest in the job you once enjoyed.

3. Prolonged insomnia:

Prolonged insomnia is a symptom of depression. Eighty percent of adults who suffer from depression have insomnia. Many physicians believe that proper treatment of insomnia can alleviate the severity of depression. If you have long-term insomnia, you may be suffering from depression.

4. Exhaustion:

Exhaustion will consume you if you suffer from depression. So when you see that you are exhausted, not motivated by anything, then you understand that you are a patient of depression.

5. Loneliness:

Depression will make you think of yourself as one. You don't like the company of family and friends. Socialization will often become unbearable. Loneliness will surround you which will make the illness worse.

  • To get rid of depression you need to bring daily life into a routine
  • Since you don't want to do any work in depression, you have to set goals to work little by little every day.
  • Exercise or do you regularly to keep your body and mind healthy.
  • Go to bed just in time and get rid of insomnia.
  • Think positive, not negative.
  • Spend time in pleasurable work.
  • Consult a psychiatrist if you are not relieved of depression.
