5 tips for Quick weigh loss and belly fat

Who doesn't want Ideal weight? Everyone right. But sometimes we are simply too lazy or find the method too hard. What if you knew you can lose weight with a few lifestyle changes and doing regular exercising, it is important to have healthy weight as it keeps health ailments and gives us a filler body. If you decide to lose weight it's not very hard for you.

Few easy ways to attain weight loss:

1. Exercising daily.

It is a Universally acknowledged fact that exercise gives good health. However, it is not a regular part of your daily lifestyle. When we exercise daily our metabolism gets boosted. Hence the more one exercises the more calories are burnt. It is important to incorporate walking and aerobic exercises into our daily routine. 

2. Drinking green tea. 

Green tea is the latest mantra in health drink. Green tea has emerged as an ideal drink to ascertain weight loss. The antioxidants and catechins in green tea boost one's metabolism making weight loss easy. It is good if one drinks 3-5 cups of green tea daily to attain a healthy weight loss.

3. Drinking water.

Water is the most essential drink but who could imagine it also helps in weight loss. However, new research says it helps in weight loss especially amongst the elder and middle-aged people. Also if we drink water before meals it lowers our calorie intake. This eases our weight loss efforts. One should drink at least 7-8 full glasses of water daily for maximizing the weight loss goals. 

4. Practicing mindful eating habits. 

We have often heard of mindful living but it also implies your eating habits. Mindful eating has become a necessity to sustain a healthy life. When one practices mindful eating, you become aware of your eating. In the long run, it helps in making conscious and healthy eating choices. It also quickens your weight loss and curbs binging and emotional overeating. 

5. Eating a small number of meals. 

The food we eat also determines the type of plate we eat. The bigger the plate the more you will eat. If you want to lose weight it is good to eat in smaller size plates. This controls the amount of food you eat lowering your food intake. One should eat at least 6-8 small meals a day in about 3-4 hours interval to boost metabolic rate and burn fat.
