5 things that keeps us fit

In today's world everybody wants to be fit, but they don't know how to do it. There are various things that helps us in  staying fit. But following are the best things that we can do keep ourselves fit:-

 

1. Balanced diet 

    The most simple and effective thing we can do to stay fit is that we can have a good balanced diet rich in all the essential elements such as proteins, carbohydrates,fats,minerals etc. With right quantity of water.

 

 2. Running 

     Running exercises is very good for keeping ourselves fit and it also has other advantages such as it helps in increasing height in childrens, it controls blood pressure, it strengthens our bones and muscles etc. Most important thing about running is that it don't require any particular equipments or machines, you just need a space to run freely.

 

3. Weight training exercises

    For weight training exercises you have  to go to gym and you have to include gym in your lifestyle. These exercises helps in building muscles and keeping ourbody in great shape. But here is a advise for all of you please always perform weight training exercises under the survilance of a expert because performing weight training exercises in a wrong way can result in serious injuries or disorders. So be aware.

 

4. Proper sleep 

    People who take sound sleep of 6-8 hours everyday have less chances of falling ill as compared to those who doesn't take proper sleep. Here is a reason for this for example you are using your phone but you have to charge it where battery is exhausted likewise sleeping time is a charging period of our body. 

 

5. Regular Medical check ups 

    Mostly people visit doctor when diseases go out of control. But by using regular medical check ups we can detect diseases at very early stages where treatment of diseases is very easy do. So in today's world regular medical check ups is very important and essential for all of us.
