Studies have shown that garlic is actually effective in relieving toothache because of it's antibacterial properties.Garlic can also provie various other benefits like fighting infections,improving cholestrol level.

2.Excercise does makes you smarter

We all know excercise does a lot of good things to our body it improves the quality of our life and increases our stamina.But if someone told you that it makes you smarter you would probably ignore them. Excercise triggers endorphins which improves the functioning of brain.After excercise your ability to sort out priorities improve allowing you to block out distractions  and better concentrate on task at hand. Your brain remembers more when you are active. According to some recent research Excercising also releases a protein called irisin,which improves memory and thinking skills.

3.Eating spicy food does help you lose weight

If you are trying to lose weight,chances are that you have heard of pretty much every possible fix undwe the sun.If you have tried to lose weight at any point you must have heard spicy food help you loose weight.

Eating spicy foods raises your body temperature  and therefore boosts your metabolism.Spicy foods especially chilies ,the capasaicin in it increases the metabolisim rate.Capsaicin excites the receptors in our skin which causes physical reactions such as burning and sweating which burns the calories and  helps to loose weight.

While eating an apple a day won't keep you from catching nasty cold,but can provide greater health benefits.Researchers proved that if we are eating an apple a day , it could prevent or delay deaths from heart attacks and strokes and also could inhibit the development of breast cancer.

5.Eating late will make you gain weight

If you are trying to loose weight you will definetly get a advice of keeping your dinner light it sounds bogus at first but there is definetly connection between the time and quantity of your dinner.
