5 effective steps to study maths and score good marks in maths

Maths is a subject which some of the students like the most and some just hate it and thus if a student is scoring very well in all the subjects but faces difficulty in solving a mathematical problem and his overall grades and percentage are decreasing due to scoring low in maths then you should definitely read and follow some simple steps daily which will definitely make you a topper in mathematics subject.

Step 1:Maintain a Separate Notebook

Keep a separate notebook of maths in which you solve on maths and it should have all the questions you solve. this will help you in checking your daily maths progress and is also effective at times when you feel that you are solving wrong and about to quit as you have the same solutions with you that you have done on yourself once which will also keep you motivated.

You should have a proper fair notebook no matter that it contains your homework, school work, tuition notes, or self-practice work but you should maintain it.

Step 2:Make a Formula List

Go through your textbook and the copy of your notes and find out all the formulas that you need to remember and that may help you in the examinations. Do not carry this list all the time with you as this may create stress.  Just paste that list at the place you visit the most maybe in the form of your study table or on the wall of your room near your bed and whenever you come across it just have a  look at it. Within a week you will come to know that you are now able to remember most of the formulas which you were unable to do before.

Step 3:Recheck your Questions

Whenever you solve a particular question in maths where you get stuck because you are unable to find the right answer never panics and quit. this is a normal practice and due to this only you first quit and then all your resolutions to study maths and to work hard get wasted. So when you are unable to solve a question as a student then be a teacher and recheck your question you solved just now on your own. You will definitely spot the mistake you did and will again solve the question which you did wrong. Once you do it right you will be more confident and would be willing to do well in maths.

Step 4:Do the execution

Whenever you come across a question in which you are unable to understand a line then never panic. In such situations you start to think that now what will happen, how will the question be solved, and thus you again think to quit. This is where you are wrong. You never do it practically and you just make up your mind that this won't happen. According to a study it is also mentioned that out of 100, 99 times when someone has started to solve these questions they faced no problem as if no problem existed.

Step 5:Daily Practice

Not being a theory subject maths is not among those subjects whose syllabus is once completed then they are only revised during the examinations. Maths requires a daily and scheduled practice. You should study maths daily for up to 1 hour. And if not daily you should at least study it on alternate days.
