TIPS TO IDENTIFY LOW-QUALITY PRODUCTS

1.Cheese

The best trick to buy top quality cheese is to taste it by your nose.If you are buying cheese at the shop then ask a piece for taste or smell the cheese before you comit it for buying.If flavour lingers and the texture is seema right then go for it.It is also extremely important to read the label.Pasteurized is less than 50% of cheese or sometimes its not a cheese at all.

As per the reportss manufactures are scamming the cheese and for the fact the fake cheese is thick and doesnt melt in the mouth.

2.Pineapple

With pineapple colour matters the most.A golden yellow colour is most appropiate for the intermidiate consumption.For a quality check,look for the white spot in the fruits.If the eyes of the pineapple have some whitish powder on them then this indicates that the fruit is unrippen.Smell the fruit if it smells sweet then it is good to eat.

A brown bottom pineapple with a fermentedsmelling pineapple should be avoided.You can also try squishing the pineapple with your hands.Low quality or unripe will not be easy to squish but the overrippen will be easy to squish try and find the perfect balance.

3.Strawberry

Strawberry comes with yummy treat and exquiste flavour but these do not stay fresh for the long time as they are plugged from the farm.To make sure you buy the good ones, avoid buying the ones which have a dull exterior or patches on them.

Try pressing them with you index finger and your thumb.If strawberry stays firm and only slightly effected by the pressure,this is the perfecct kind to buy and if the shape change is too much then its may is overrippen avid them.

Its better you avoid the strawberry with the white spots.Remember the strawberry which are not in good shape can be delicious just smell them from the top.

4.Tomatoes

When buying tomatoes first step is to look for blemishesand the spots outside but the look can be deceiving so try to squish it and see that if it resists pressure or gets mushy.If it stays firm then smell it.If the it smells flavourable then go for it.If there is no smell then you should stay away from them.

5.Milk

There are many ways to check the milk,Firstly the most basic is that you take few drops of the milk rub them between your fingers if it feels sloppy and textured then the milk has been adultered and its not pure(Powder mixed).For a better quality check take a few drops of milk in the cointainer then mix it with small amount of salt if it turns blue then the milk is low in quality and made with chemicals.Taste also matter during buying the milk as the pure milk taste sweet in taste if it taste any different then probablly you shouldnt buy it.

6.Bread 

Check for the air porses when buying a bread.A bread with vary bubble size is good to buy.The crust should be crispy not hard.To check the quality apply some pressure and if it bounces back the it is good to buy.

7.Honey

To differentiate between the fake and the pure honey there are multiple test you can perform at home.Take a drop of honey and put it over your finger tip,if side off easily and quickly then it is the fake one and the pure one stays there only.

Another test,take two glass of water and then mix the honey it and observe if the honey gets mixed in the water then it is fake and rich in the sugar and pure one will stays bottom in the bottom.
