10 minutes to Stay Young and Healthy Whole Life.

    As all we know that "Health Is Wealth". And each and every person wants to Stay Healthy, Fit and Energetic whole day or not even a day But Whole Life

    But in the present scenerio everyone's lifestyle is too busy. Job, family, Responsibility, Unhealthy Diet and many more. And it is hard to spare 1 to 2 hour for exercise, join Gym etc.

    But this simple Yoga positions will give you Big Benefit In Less Time.

Today I will tell you Only 3 Simple Yoga Positions to perform in just 10 minutes to keep you fit and young whole life.

1. Surya Namaskar- Sun Salutation. It is the Yoga exercise dedicated to God Surya, which is sequence of 12 linked asanas. Which keeps you fit and active whole day and regular practice gives you results beneficial for whole life. Just perform this 20 to 25 times in 5 minutes. Now take a rest of 1 Minute.

2. Sheershasan-  It is called as "The King of All Yogasana." It is referred to as Head Stand in English. You can perform it from 30 seconds to 5 minutes is sufficient. It is good for your memory, eyes, hair and relief from stress and many more benefits. In this position our body is totally inverted stand on head supported by our forearms. it is strictly suggested that Initially take support of wall and then day by day practice will make you confident to stand without support. The last one is succesive of Shirsasana, which is Shavasana.

3.Shavasana- A Yoga posture in which one lies on one's back in total relax position. It cures Insomnia, stress, Heart Diesease, High Blood Pressure. It is dead body position and with normal breathing for 2 to 5 minutes. For more details and precautions must Click Here.
